The first part caught me off guard; I had to force myself not to laugh when I saw that man.

Those looks caught my attention instantly, it was so funny.

1. The cliché of developing a problematic level of dependence on someone for need and approval when that person shows interest for the first time, due to a lack of interest or bad treatment from those around them.

2. The orphan cliché.

3. The "Oh, how could I forget this memory? It was so important!" cliché (important traumatic events are always forgotten).

4. The "We haven't contacted each other for so many years" cliché.

And more cliché...

Still, it's readable. I love the main character's impulsive behavior and the other character's freakishness.

Of course someone will notice them, right? 💀

He looks like one of those "humans" in analog horror videos. Also, the MC has a kind of lowlife vibe.
That smile... did it belong to a real person? Or to someone trying to look like one?

I understand why the author chose this ship; after all, Toono x Kashima is more popular than Toono x Yacchan.

What I don't understand is: why did the author spend so much time on the Yacchan and Toono dynamic when even Toono didn't spend this much time with Kashima? I wonder if there was a change in the manga's writing process. Because it was obvious it would end with Yacchan. Look at the chapters Toono spent with Kashima and the chapters he spent with Yacchan. You'll see the difference. This sudden change was a disappointment. I wish my only disappointment had been the change in drawing style...
