It's a slice of life genra, so in novel it takes years for them to get back together but in the end both MC and ML will heal from thier trauma and become partners 😊

@Your sugar mommy I read the novel, it's an angst and make us cry. They will end up together but it takes years before it happens. Yan Yan has to heal emotionally and mentally, Same with ML too.
