You can’t instantly stop a period once it starts, but taking Ibuprofen(aka advil(just a pain killer and muscle relaxer. It’s over the counter so you don’t need a prescription and find it at a target, dollar tree, pharmacy, really anywhere)) as directed can sometimes make the flow lighter, and staying hydrated, doing light exercise, and using heat like a heating pad or warm showers can help your body move through it faster and reduce cramps, while things like lemon juice, vinegar, or random teas won’t actually stop it, and since most periods last about 3–7 days there’s still a good chance it could be mostly done by Wednesday. You should also look to buy period panties which will hold that baby good if you plan to spend at lest 10+ hours outside. Put the pad on tha your normal buy on top of the period panties and even if it leak on the panties you won't feel it because it's basically like a second pad just wayyy stronger( highly doubt it would leak)
