@Exterminate I'm right there with you,I've lost track of how many books I've dropped because of the constant grape scenes back to back,I'm starting to think that East Asians are obsessed with it,and it's very concerning,because I'm a victim of s'a and I've been through that my entire life from age 10 -to age 14-15 so essentially I've been victim for years,and even now I'm struggling to work through it as an adult

@Exterminate As a fellow Author/Writer it's the same thing for me,I've dropped so many books because it's been grape scene after grape scene 🤦🏽♀️ I don't understand why it's so common,my Bl mentions it one time,and it has nothing to do with the main characters plus I give out a trigger warning.

I even advise readers to skip it if it becomes too much to them

@Kaiceez the sad part is how it's in soooo many books and people gloss over the r*pe and the authors keep forcing it into the book like that's supposed to make their books better,when in fact it makes people want to drop them altogether

@Liliiiiiii Honestly, as an author myself, I feel like a lot of of these authors just half a** a lot of the chapters because this is not the first time that I've read something on this site or all the other ones I usually go to and the chapter is only four scrolls long and then ends, a lot of the authors don't have the time or the patience or they're just lazy and or like I said they just half a** it, I could understand if they didn't have the time to make a new chapter and that they had something going on in their lives and that's typically why they would have a hiatus themed chapter just saying that the author is taking a quick break, but even then, the fact that so many authors don't even do that anymore is starting to become a problem because from what I've seen hundreds and hundreds of people are upset they're angry and frustrated because you could scroll on your phone or your device whichever it is that you used to go on these websites to read these comics and you could scroll literally four times just for the chapter to end so from my understanding, it's the authors that are being lazy, they're rushing through it because they just wanna hurry up and be done with the books because they're bored and they wanna move into something else or they half a** i
