I really loved how his mom didn't force him to come out rather support him quietly. and his younger brother too. I love characters like him who is quiet and looks not interested but is open-minded and thoughtful.
His father's comment was unnecessary but knowing his personality and family dynamics, I guess he'll change and understand his son later. but I liked the part where he says to his wife that he'll cook and also acknowledges that his wife works really hard
