I think I might have a theory on why men can fall pregnant in Hosik and Seungyeon's current timeline. You see in their past lives these two were inlove with each other but couldn't be together because they were men and Seungyeon being a master needed an heir to continue his lineage. If you look correctly in the chapter when Seungyeon's wife was introducing the child to Seungyeon, he was happy but not completely because that child was his and another person and when Hosik held the baby he looked so naural and that broke Seungyeon's heart because he wanted that child to belong to him and Hosik. I think that them being reincarnated again, their 'Creator' wanted them to have a happy ending than the one they had and so altered man's dna to be able to bear children so Seungyeon and Hosik can have their little family without any obstacles. Because without this alteration they would be forced to be apart again because two men can't have a baby and also with these manhwas I doubt they know what surrogacy is.
That's just my opinion on their life

Yes he did. I don't know what happened to the panel where Hosik is seen standing under the cherry blossom tree after he dies and sees Seungyeon hyung running to him but Hosik cries because Seungyeon came too soon to him implying that Seungyeon killed himself right after Hosik died.

No he didn't. Hosik was Hyung's servant(in their past lives). They grew up together but ended up in a relationship. Hyung was then made to marry a woman so that he can have a child(the little boy holding on to that lady who is his mom and Hyung's wife). Hosik then got sick but brushed it off and then Hyung left for some business(on Hosik's  insistence) even though he had a bad feeling about leaving Hosik behind, when he came back Hosik was already too sick and there was nothing they could do so he died.

That's why you see Hyung being overly protective and anxious, he can't help it since he and Hosik are reincarnations of the Hyung and Hosik of the past, he can't remember the past but the feelings of loss and pain linger in him and everytime he is away from Hosik he keeps feeling like he is going to die like he did in the past.
