I mean I knew this was going to happen but I'm SO VERY GLAD THAT OLEG TOOK THE FIRST STEP. YES THE DENSE AND ABUSED MC WHO IS TRAUMATIZED TO THE POINT OF EMOTIONAL NUMBNESS AND SOCIOPATHY AND FLUFFY FAMILIAL RELATIONSHIPS. GIVE ME MORE.

I know the whole personality trait of our tracy is to be exceptionally astute, calculative and ingenious and a part of it also includes her not trusting anyone and psycholanalyzing everyone, always under the assumption that there is a hidden agenda (which there most probably is), but sometimes when we know that, there most definitely is, no secret beneath the surface and they probably care for her and that's why they're acting the way they are, I'm sure she's not going to pick up on it. I really don't like dense mc who are not trusting of literally ANYBODY. I love the calculative part, I love the using everyone and everything as an opportunity and a pa_wn part, but well, I want some fluff too I'm ngl :'(

Like when Carl came all the way back to tell her not to cancel the engagement, because he liked her or was intrigued by her in an alluring way. I don't think he did all he did was for personal gain, because he literally helped her to cancel the engagement in a way and he knew that. She did admit that she 100% did not want the engagement at the last possible moment, and also I don't like how Carl mentioned that her succeeding the viana house would be like her getting chained to the house. I don't really know if she just took Carl helping her as carl's kindness or idk but yeah he must've gotten in the feels after that last interaction. Also the way Oleg kept reading the script when all that tracy wrote was about him being taken hostage. He is a da** average 6 year old, he knew what he was saying and it did weigh heavy on his emotions and heart but he went through with it because he trusted tracy for once. Tracy definitely mistook oleg's trust and admiration for as the 6 year old's way of protecting himself and staying in favour of the more powerful party. ( I think she might not realise that not everyone is very calculative and backhanded, she just psychoanalyzes them based on worst possible scenario maybe?)

Oleg is definitely my fav in term of character developments. 'Tracy' in this is a transmigrated person who has lived atleast 18 years of life. Her previous life was also very traumatic and hard, making her an emotionally independent, hypervigilant, intuitive, and calculative person. For someone like her who has gone through all of that and survived, such astute traits are very obvious to be ingrained in her. But here, Oleg is just a 6 year old. He's raised very luxuriously and has seen the best that the life has to offer. For everyone to suddenly turn on him including his father, get beat up, you can't really blame him entirely. He was just raised in a bad way, but how he's grown with tracy is actually so nice to see for once. Like a child, having like 0 consciousness tbh, being put throught all that and learning from it and improving is so nice to see. This is a really good written manhwa, but the pace is so awfully slow. Just one arc took like almost 30 chapters and still counting btw, the characters are developing very naturally and at a good rate but at that same time, I feel like there is no change at all.

I don't know who the male lead is but like I hope it's this black haired guy and tracy, because this would genuinely be an epic slow burn with a side of animosity to dedication to love. I really wanna see it but it probably won't be like that, and even if it is, I don't expect a mnahwa to execute a storyline like that tastefully, so I'd rather the mc be a kinder, wiser, and a more intelligent guy. Not cunning and secretive and mysterious like patrick, not this black haired child.

Im glad the historical og haracter in the manhwa notices that the transmigrated person is not really the character that was here before. Refreshing to see because chnages in personality are just chalked up to character growth or a sudden personality change by those in the fictional world and nothing else. I love this one so much.
