@Keyla FYI, Ash isnt in the wrong or anything, he's actually quite the green flag. But because both of them couldn't comprehend what the other felt or desired, it lead to a miscommunication, as Ash told his co-workers he doesnt have any relationships with Karlyle because Karlyle said from the beginning that he doesn't want any 'unnecessary' feelings or relationships, but even if in private they were lovey dovey, ash was respecting Karlyle's boundary which is to not tell others they are in a relationship when they aren't as he thought It would bother Karlyle. But also Karlyle thought that Ash said that because Ash genuinely doesn't have any feelings towards him. The whole point is that they are polar opposites and the angst is miscommunication because of how different they are and the way they think, and they both have regrets of not saying what they actually thought or felt during that conversation. Sorry this is quite long, but really wanted to clear up the hate towards Ash and that they are both green flags and cuties
