pepe sticker this is rough....I want the side couple to settle their differences. There's always a possibility for a second chance at love.
So, pepe sticker you know, that's saying about how it's a good idea to never meet your heroes? I think we should go step further and say that it's a bad idea to sleep with your unrequited love interest.
You guys [poco:0] I just noticed their eye colors are the same as the other's pheromone (at least, as the artist depicts it for us to see in color).
pepe sticker I know everyone is basking in the greenflag moment going on here

But is it bad I wanna see the side couple more than the main couple?
I'm invested in their dynamic....and the fact one of them happens to be in a similar career field as me 🤭🤭🤭
I really wanna see them 😩

@FZRA1456 Thank you for the detailed reply 🥰, although I did get some hate for criticizing Juhyeok.

Juhyeok/Jukyeok - as long as we know who we're talking about it's fine 🤷🏽♀️. Just don't do that with names of real people irl 😄😄

TLBR
Jealous really messed up bad in this chapter (14). He had a good idea and concept, but the way he went about the arrangement was wrong. He went with emotional manipulation, then proceeded to s**ual as**ult when plans didn't proceed as expected, and finished off with gilt tripping. pepe sticker

Su-Ah is the one meant to be doing the bad stuff, but since they are in a dual toxic pseudo-relationship, it was Jeahyuk's turn to do the toxic things.

I personally think Su-Ah should have cut off contact with Juhyeok from the very beginning after that crash-out at Juhyeok second gender ceremony. Moving to a different city or country would do wonders to him. He might meet someone new and fall in love, or still yearn for Juhyeok and come back a better man (no longer a boy) with a chance at a new beginning. But all we can do is sit and wish things went differently.

________________________________________________
My thoughts on this chapter;
- From start to finish, Su-Ah spoke twice, which is out of character for him, but given the situation, very understandable.
- As someone said, Juhyeok trying to get Su-Ah hard looked like an addict suffering withdrawal, and felt SA to me

- I honestly think things could have gone a whole lot better if the order of events was flipped. Think about it. Juhyeok tells Su-Ah he needs help as he'd be going to the training camp for 2 months and needs some extra cover, and as thanks he'd treat him out to dinner to show his gratitude, don't you think it would have gone over a lot better? Juhyeok had the right idea, just in the wrong order.

- Guilt tripping Su-Ah into "taking responsibility" was a low blow I didn't expect from Juhyeok. And if Su-Ah actually stopped and gave himself in, would it have been Su-Ah "taking responsibility" or him being "taken advantage of"?

Many are complaining that Su-Ah made Juhyeok rely on him, and given this chapter, the damages are huge. However, I'd like to play devil's advocate for a minute (and if I'm wrong please mention the right version below). Since Juhyeok found out about Su-Ah secretly scenting him, I don't recall Juhyeok taking intentional efforts to find a solution that isn't Su-Ah. The way I see it, Su-Ah was available and easy for Juhyeok, no extra work was needed since he was busy with Judo. The last phrase is an excuse many are thinking of in support of Juhyeok, but juggle this for a minute: if Juhyeok isn't taking the pain to fix what's wrong with his body now, when will he do it? After the training camp? After he wins Olympic gold in judo? After Su-Ah dies? Just when, if not as soon as he found out?

🙄 Thanks to Su-Ah scenting Juhyeok all the time from young till when they were grown (doesn't matter if he was concious of it or not), Juhyeok didn't get to experience certain parts of being an Omega and learning how to adapt to his second gender. To those unsure of what I'm talking about knowing about his heat cycles, dealing with annoying alphas (regularly, not just occassional snide remarks), forgetting heat suppressants that he basically has one everywhere, choosing an alpha he wants, etc. Su-Ah marking him made life look smooth on the outside, but was doing severe damage internally. This very chapter is an example of such damage.

- Su-Ah still believed in the fairytale dream of their childhood that one day they would get married, and even though the roles are reversed in relation to their dream, they would still love each other. Well....we all know how Juhyeok took the news of him being an Omega instead of an Alpha and how that affected his desire to continue a friendship with Su-Ah, talk less of a romantic relationship

@FZRA1456 Buckle up, cus its loooooooonnnnnnng
This is a very long comment, you might wanna grab a snack if you wanna read it all.

Moments like these are why I enjoy the work of this author, despite the emotional damage. It makes some (maybe all) readers pick a side without ever meaning to. Even I that stand on neutrality sometimes catch myself picking sides, and the paragraph(s) below will be an example.

It is no argument that Juhyeok and Su-Ah both have faults in the way thier relationship turned out. To those in the back that wants to shout that Su-Ah is at fault for scenting Juhyeok without permission, bear the following in mind;

 - Both had envisioned themselves as partners from childhood (pretty much with the blessing of thier parents). Su-Ah was ready to be an Omega to Juhyeok and love him regardless; same with Juhyeok to Su-Ah (on the premise that he, Juhyeok, would be the alpha in the relationship). However, fate (a.k.a. the author- Bboong) decided to flip the roles, and things changed for Juhyeok, but not so much for Su-Ah

@FZRA1456 Oh I know that one!
[poco:0] the odds that you recommend a manhwa that I made a 3-4 posts comment on is crazy work 😂😂😂.

P.S: In case you got curious, my comment is closer to when chapter 14 was updated. I'm curious to know what you think, both on the story and the comment(s). 🙃
