I looked at it again... they look pastel purple and green. This explains why I like it so much. It's the colour of lavenders

@You guys read this too if this says anything it says that the authors are doing a very good job at putting enough elements in their story.  This is my current favourite story, and I don't think I'll find a something that will take their place any time soon.

@Ajiood now that you've mentioned it... I don't remember seeing any family with more than 1 kid yet. I mean we did see few married couples, and older families but never more than 1 (adult) child. 

Sadly this is not enough to confirm or deny your theory but hopefully they (artist/author) answer this by showing their child/ren.

@M sorry to disappointed. But it's not that I did not want her to suffer, it's I didn't want to see a red flag in this artists style. Like her marrying a poor man, her getting sickness, even her getting reported to authorities and going to jail by said husband are still on the table. There are alot of possible ways for her to get punished without having a bigger bad guy using her own medicine on her. I just didn't think to clarify before now...

@Бріджит here is what I think is going on in his mind. Qin Xian was the male lead twice. So the probability of him being the male lead a third time is likely. I think this is why he doesn't doubt the merman yet. His assistant also thinks the merman can read minds (which I think is just recognising emotions based on facial features and not actual reading). X also can shape-shift to any shape (or atleast this is what it looks like to Wa** yi) and for some reason has a preference to looking like Qin Xian to get the best reactions from him. Atleast Wa** yi is trying to evolve X into someone who he can test if he has the reading ability or not. But now X is asking him if he would still recognise him as Qin Xian without his ability.
