YAHYUL just wants crystal clear clarification from SA HWA-HYEON. It's called communication. Gesture & Actons isn't using ur words thus can cause misunderstandings & miscommunications. It's alot like saying "I like coffee" and when some1 asks "What kind of coffee?" & the response is "Coffee...." it's so infuriating because there's different kinds & types!! Let's use Dutch Bros 4 example there's coffee, latte's, espresso, latte espresso's, Chai's, espresso chai {dirty chai}, tea's, water, milk & and juices. These all have different flavors. Imagine only using gestures & actions as 2 wat u want { Large Blended Dirty Spiced Chai} at the poor brista whose now confused. So the brista makes u a Small Hot French Vanilla Latte. But u push it back at the brista with no words just gestures & actions. Now the brista being pissed off says please use ur words because I don't know wat u want 2 order. So now using ur words u order properly an Large Blended Dirty Spiced Chai. See, crystal clear clarification with communication is absolutely important!!
