@AnUnknownPerson yeah, ideally it's like a marathon, you don't start at full speed, you find a rhythm and keep on it. you start with what you can, go until either your body or mind is tired and stop without guilt, than keep the routine and you will get better with each time, more capable.
start forcing everything can break a possible rhythm and also can really dumb your spirit to continue
