Even though this is a very common "kicked from my party" manga, Jill, the old party leader, was written horribly. He really had no cause to blame Reda and the writer never gave him any build to his actions making his eventual reason to seem last second/ an afterthought. TLDR: Really no satisfaction seeing the downfall of Jill. Probably would have been better if he died off-screen to something stupid. ie "tripped and hit his head on a rock and died..."
