FU**. IT'S COMING. THE THROBBING POOOOOSSAAAYYY WHENEVER I SEE SHORT SHORT HAIRED GUYSpepe-2 sticker...
after everything is said and done, after she's healed and gotten over the hurt of years wasted, i hope she will remember how she pulled him by the hair and be proud of herself.

at least in that moment, when she chose confrontation over avoidance, she mustered up enough love for herself to realise she deserved better. go hae-soo!! you're awesome
this is like a comically large middle finger to all those shounen protagonists who can only get the same achievements through hours of bitter fighting with sweat blood and tears
this is so hilarious lmao. but really, when i think about it, the practical benefits of housekeeping-related skills are incredibly diverse. cleaning to prevent disease, carpentry to make furniture, basic maintenance skills to fix basically anything in a pinch, cooking skills prevent you from starving no matter where you are, etc etc

my initial reaction was to underestimate housekeeping, probably because it was historically a woman's role and undervalued, but the more i think about it, the more i believe she struck gold!!
YES THERE WE GO. NOW IT DOESNT FEEL SO ICKY AND FORCED AND ONE SIDED. NOW THEY'RE BOTH PINING YEAHHHG AFTER 97 CHAPTERS

yall what a time to be alive 🙌💃🕺
maybe i'm in the minority but... i think this was for the best. their relationship still has a lot of healing to do. specifically, Eihyun's forgiveness toward Taeju for his own ábuse is not healthy and shows an extremely sad familiarity with pain - he's used to people hurting him, so he doesn't expect anything better for himself.

When they were living together, Taeju should have pardoned the debt, made more efforts to catch that piece of shít speed donor debtor, and given Eihyun the opportunity to do what he wants with his life. Whether that's living with him or taking up work elsewhere and not having to see his âbuser for a while. None of that happened, and although I understand Taeju' reasons, the root cause of their relationship issues ultimately went unaddressed.

Wet Sand - Ch. 55
it's so good we got more of an insight into the reason behind their closeness. tbh though i still don't know how TJ and Ian are supposed to work when one likes the gang life and the other wants nothing more than to distance himself from it

Wet Sand - Ch. 53
from what i've gathered ian actually enjoys and is used to rougher s3x. for all we know what jo did was within ian's boundaries —purely going off of TJ's and Ian's sèxual encounters.

though i would prefer if this was actually verbally confirmed so we don't just ... assume consent, bc that's not okay either.

it's come to the point where i think both TJ and Jo, though realistic in their conflicts with their own selfishness, are not great romantic choices for Ian. i can't wait to see where this goes though
