I think it's because of that protective barrier. Maybe the one drop one kill of his blood works only if it's a direct contact to the skin(?)

Ahhmm I'm not sure (I could be wrong, sorryrr) but isn't his class supposed to be wanted because they're "traitors"? But why does it look like he is deliberately showing it off?

Now that I think about it. The Cesare route is best for revenge but will end in tragedy (after reading some spoilers about what that jerk did), while the Alfonso route is about love and happiness but will make our ari suffer in the process (due to plot and Ari's "perfect" sister).

Yeah, I thought so too. Remember the previous chapter when he consoled the MC and the MC felt like someone used a healing skill on him? The president's skills have something to do with words, right? Perhaps when he said, "You need to forgive yourself," he activated his skill. It's not a healing skill but an order to forgive himself, similar to how that reaper guy kneeled when he ordered. It could also be a test. If the doctor receives a penalty, then the MC is a normal person, but if not, then the MC is a player. That's why he asked if the MC still plays that game But then again, I could be wrong, so don't mind me.
