@Nyxy She very much reminds me of cercie from GoT, very dumb in strategy but she knows how to handle power. Her borrowing money from people over and over without paying back is literally her relying on her power (position as emperess) alone to keep people in check, I wouldn't call her intelligent or smart, just a clever bully.

Am i the only one who see's that her sister wanted her to leave and never come back in hopes Maxi would live a happy life? Her words may seem bad, and they are, but I didn't feel any ill will from her sister.

@Kawaii Anya Chan nope, it would've ended the same, she would've left him, cause he's a greedy man. ~Even if she forgave him, he'd do the same thing down the line and their past tragedy will only repeat itself.

@Jae17 See, if she forgives him and loves him again, he'll do his past mistakes all over again, there is no saving this man, greed is in his blood, and the only reason he desires her in this life is because she's someone he cannot have. Once he has her, he will do exactly as before.

@Rebel against the harem  She's naive. That's literally it. A lot of young noble ladies in those kind of settings have little to no experience in life believing in fairytales, so when reality hits them, they try to backtrack.

@Chamcham Because when his father died, he basically cursed him saying "just as you'd done to me, you too shall die by your son's hands" and because Perez looks so much like his grandfather, he was super wary of him cause he thought he'd kill him... and from the looks of it, he's not wrong xD but that's only because of how he treated Perez growing up, had he treated him well, it would've been an entirely different ending.

Ok now I understand why they introduced a goddess in the previous chapters, originally in the novel it didn't play out this simply, it had a lot more feel and Hess had to find her own conclusion to everything. Also, the fight between Diana and Hess lasted a lot longer, it was really satisfying.
All the hate in the comments... it's like no one read what Aisha and her brother said regardless or feelings or regret, they'll have to pay the price. So no, they're not getting away with it.
