@Valentina the manwha don't really follow the novel anymore, but the emperor is on nobody's side, only his. He only care about power and himself. I don't remember very well but I think in the novel he wanted Cayena's magic power to become immortal or something like that, even if she had to die. But I don't think the manwha will follow this route
