@Windex15 How much is a lot? I mean techincally, this is the second time she's been kidnapped, since she was kidnapped before the start of the story. In fariness, though, she hasn't been kidnapped a third time in either the light novels or the web novel.

@Rin • She's just a very androgynous looking woman. It's not explained in the manga. but when eunichs enter the rear palace someone checks to see if they have still have male genitalia by patting them down over the clothes. That's how she's successfully able to enter the rear palace as a enuich.

@Sakura No where for free. The publisher has got it locked down to the point where the old web novel arcs aren't even online anymore. Anyway, you can get them on Amazon and J-novel for like $8 each. Also, there's a digital library service called Everand that has it; it costs about $12 usd a month to read the books on there. You can also try your local library; it's possible that they might have the books. If you do find it, the manga is currently right at the beginning of volume 4 of the light novels right now, specifically at about chapter 7. The manga is a pretty good adaptation. I would say that you probably wouldn't have any issues figuring out what's going on if you jumped right into volume 4.

@Sakura The reason why Consort Loulan always wears a bunch of makeup and frequently changes her style is finally revealed in this arc. Also, she doesn't get to stay a consort after the reason is found out. Also, Jinshi's true identity is revealed, and it changes his and Maomao's dinamic.
