@Lloyd Kuijs It's stated in the novel that Nono's family would have been killed if she didn't spy for the Demonkin. It was likely the same for the others. After all, they're human. None of the other nations would have spared disobedient humans.

@Krawm I'd like that too. The novel says if she DIDN'T do the spying and potentially assassinate Lilith, her entire family back in the Demonkin nation would have been killed, so her motives are not necessarily selfish, but still. I'd really like to see her make a comeback and redeem herself.

@Capitulate I'm sure she figured it out pretty quick. She's not stupid. Elka is also aware that Sejun isn't really the black dragon himself, but that he SPEAKS for the black dragon, which is like talking to Aileen herself.

@Deleted User Police fox is a boy. Theo's into girls, as evidenced by his (failed) courtship of Maril that caused him to become a merchant.

@Abyssalis Plus, he's constantly working the fields. Anyone who didn't develop nice abs from that would have to have some kind of disease or medical condition.

@Approved_Asian 110%. Hears the name Maril (obviously a woman's name) and immediately gets bad vibes. and wants to scope the competition. And it isn't even a contest because Maril sucks.

@Daddy Luckily it doesn't really last long. He has fun lording it over Oren a bit, but he chills out pretty quick. Being a jerk isn't really in his nature.

@Adam Walter She must have megaboobs under her maid outfit. Even up in the home of a god, I bet small t*s are the height of s*x appeal. But luckily the MC loves him some tig ol' bitties.
