@Senburu being the secondary caregiver and knowing it’ll probably become permanent builds up a lot of resentment and pressure, it doesn't go well. Her choice was admirable, it’s not something everyone could do but she did it for the sake of her children. I don't think I could've done that either.

@Pa pa Cat  but there’s no way to confirm that the plane crash caused something like savant syndrome. while a lot of savants do have autism spectrum disorder and tend to show uneven abilities, that pattern isn’t universal. even in cases without autism, savant skills are usually accompanied by some kind of imbalance in functioning. if he doesn't seem to struggle in daily life or show clear gaps in other areas then there isn’t much evidence pointing toward savant syndrome. it’s more reasonable to assume he doesn’t have it than attributing his abilities to something that rare.
