During those trial, Cesar is faced by fake Eileen in which he will be with her but eventually he needs to kill her at each trial so he can face the real one. Their current timeline is the real Eileen and in fact that's the last timeline for Cesar to punish and change Eileen's path. Only Cesar (but the knights will also know about this, as well as Eileen), has the knowledge of the events in the past and he used that to his advantage to ensure that in this life, Eileen will not suffer anymore even though the price for the trial is the life without Cesare, only Eileen.

From what I remembered, there is no exact name or title for Beryl. However, during the time when she drank the water from the Spring of Desire, Focalor noted that her power will come from here desire and Beryl's only desire is for everyone to live happily.

The child that he's referring to is Aileen. And yes, he is a regressor and it took him 7 years to finally witness Aileen brought to him alive due to the trial given to him and since he survive those 7 long years, he finally managed to see Aileeen alive again and took revenge to those people who cause her to die in their past life.
