In my opinion on this entire series, this should have ended after s1 and this part should have been about dohwa finding someone else. BUT, well the author had other plans
.
Since this much is happening, im gonna say what i think about it. I dont hate eunhyuk, hate me for it idc. whatever reason he left, whether it be not good enough or cowardly, or he couldn't face her to tell her, the fact is, there was a huge part of him that did not want to leave. he left, but he felt like he had no choice, reason still unknown, and again, idc what the reason is. He loved her when he left and he still loves her but he knows his decision in the past hurt her and he probably thinks he doesnt deserve her, hence him trying to be distant when he first showed up. it's not that he's cold, he's literally holding everything back because it's up to sooae to accept him again. And yk what, i fw that yearning.
"why were you digging, what did you bury, before you pulled me from the earth" - like real people do: Hozier
yuri views teach as someone who though wasnt planned, made his life brighter, only to find out that teach was burying himself in the dark hole he pulled yuri out of, then coming to the end, it flipped, yuri was pulling him out of that dark hole while sinking himself. this song in my interpretation and relation to this series, represents 2 people lost and trying to find themselves again, and realized that through their love, it being a form of sympathy, they found themselves. this sounds cheesy but it's 2am and ive been sobbing for the past 5+ hours. i might cringe at this comment later but oh well fu** it.
