@Invisiblesheep if I remember correctly its as a result of changing destiny or something. Something like an eye for an eye, Isabella's mother wasn't supposed to die so when she changed her fate and she eventually died Ari had a price to pay for changing destiny that's where all this started.

I think they've met before and Serena has forgotten about it but Eiser still remembers. It's highly possible they met as students since they both went to the same school. Let's hope the next chapter gives us a replay on their first meeting.
