(also, does anyone else get this unsettling feeling in your chest that things are going to get really bad? Ill be so sad if it ends up a tragedy/theres a time skip after a particularly rough separation, because they're doing so well right now. I know some events are inevitable, but id rather they get through it together till the very end, rather than the generic timeskip route :/ I hope they can be happy forever 💕) 

suitcase... very ominous. could be a body his father disposed of, or a body woonhyeok disposed of—strongly think it could be his dad. as for the reason why I think he is still scared of him despite him being dead (hypothetically), is perhaps that the fear that came with him existing didn't quite dissipate just yet, added on to the guilt of having killed him. (although I think maybe the guilt is moreso because he's afraid that she might be scared of him again?) sometimes the people who hurt you never quite leave you :/

anyone else a little confused at the pacing? I thought panels were missing during the batting cage scene and the scene between transfer student and woonhyeok, but turns out it was correct... ig I got confused because she was at the batting cages and he was still standing out near the hat store. or was that him coming back from the restroom? she went to the batting cages waiting for him to return? but then she said she was buying stuff...?
