@Lonely Reader i read some of it but, too much effort reading unrelated drama that's none of our concern.

I could be wrong but, long time translation isn't perfect but has been with them either for a long time or since the beginning. They are being ganged up against by the rest of their staff / coworkers.

I believe they got another translater because she was being slow and not being NASA or perfect quality translater. She threw a fit probably thinking she is being replaced after working with them for so long.

I didn't read the rest but, she decided to quit and restricted access to the pages she translated and quit.

@Syl876 it looks like makeup, earrings, a cloak, bustier, short shorts and thigh boots. 

The way she dresses, I think she's fully intergrated into a human city life, despite looking at non-magicians as lesser.
