Many people judge her for leaving Winter and Kai, and they also say she has no heart. For real? She gave birth to them but she wasn't allowed to consider herself their mother. The kids weren't allowed to call her mother... and even if they were big enough... none of them questioned why. When Winter was ill, she was kept away, ignoring that she came out of her womb. No one bothered to explain anything to her, and they acted as if she had to accept everything they decide with an open heart... just because.
Surrogacy or not, she gave birth to them and had the right to minimum respect. They all acted as if she had to be available 24/7 for their benefit and ignored her feelings. And now they all suffer and judge her? That's cheap.
Yes, she accepted his terms when she signed the contract, but I don't remember there being a clause where the others were allowed to step on her feelings and treat her like she's less than a shadow. Call me whatever you want, but if your kid doesn't see you as his mother, why force that on him? In their eyes she was a nanny... nothing more. Why should a nanny stay trapped all her life in kids' lives?
And not to forget, she never stood a chance in front of them. His first love was everything that mattered... she was just there to take care of her kids, without any claims. When all you hear from the man you love is that he has only his first in his heart and nothing else matters... would you consider that he'll love yours too when he did everything possible just to be sure he'll never have one with you? Yeah, sorry, but you can't blame her for having enough and leaving.
If your partner acted like that with you, would you consider giving him a chance to be a father? Be honest with yourself.

@Nickname Well, it's not just that. Initial disinterest led to a domino effect of flaws (if we want to identify them; nonetheless, we are not aiming to undermine the author but to evaluate their work). There could be many reasons why they put this story aside, and we can't judge the person—maybe they were sick, had a family member die, or something tragic happened around them. Otherwise, it would have done something to make our diva MC stronger or tried to punish everyone who did wrong to him (or at least I hope 😅).
Their pairing can be compatible with communication—a lot of communication (if we want to keep "the rule of endings"—yet, a separation would have been worse for MC since he already sees himself at the lowest point; another abandonment would have killed him for good). Even if words alone can't fix everything, I have no doubt that ML—big jackass that he is—could have helped MC. In my opinion, the only thing that could have pulled MC out of his dark past was therapy in conjunction with ML's support, given his level of depression. The story would have been half saved, at least, if this had been the last part.
This "ending" is rushed and leaves a lot of things hanging. Still, I appreciate that the author gave MC a happy ending, in their own way.

@Voooo When we come across this kind of story, we all have 'fat fingers' syndrome, lol, no worries. Now that you mentioned it, I forgot about so many parts since all I could remember was his constant crying. He was such a diva. 🙄 We can easily say that NOTHING was solved. 😒 The author seems to have lost interest and just wanted to finish it (to say it nicely 😅).

I usually hate giving bad feedback since I know it's not easy to create a story, but boy... This story possessed immense potential, yet it squandered it in the most inelegant manner. As an avid reader and a writer myself, I appreciate stories that defy the clichés. This one could have been one of the best with some fine touches. It's evident that the author lost their way at some point, lacked the ability to refine it, and merely incorporated whatever came to mind. However, I admire their courage in completing it, given the prevalence of stories that end midway. I am not sure which is worse: abandoning a story with a good start or forcing it into a bad one. 😊😂
Anyway, thanks for giving us a good (?) ending. It could have been way worse, folks. 😅
Wow! The nerve! You were a star and had money and sh**. Since you had all this, you could have taken your boys and left the jerk. Easy. You would have announced publicly the DNA tests just to prove to the idiots you're innocent and fu** the man. But nooooo. You couldn't live without his di**, so you turned into a bigger one for your kids. YOU'RE THE GUILTY ONE, you pathetic excuse for a woman. I hope you suffer for all the wrongs you did to your kids. poco sticker

He, on the other side, is the type of person who thinks he knows everything since he lived a life full of privileges. Having money doesn't automatically give you a heart, either.
I understand what the grandpa is trying to do. Given that she follows her emotions while he follows logic, he hopes to demonstrate that there is more to their version of "normal" in this society. To overcome any obstacle, all you need to do is recognize that you cannot survive without both your mind and your heart and learn to utilize both effectively in different situations, in varying amounts, of course, but never just one.

@Atomic Betty Growing up in a modest environment where choosing anything is considered a luxury makes it difficult to develop preferences and determine what is best for you (however, it's highly influenced by your parents/grandparents/or any other 'grownups' that take care of you—more or less—and the values they instill in you). If she would have liked something and knew what she wanted, she would have been considered arrogant, a gold digger, or whatever; if not, she's annoying because she's without personality. Many people who lead humble lives struggle to understand what's beneficial for them from the perspective of those who lead an opposite lifestyle, which can be extremely frustrating. It's challenging for someone to understand a person who has an empty stomach when yours is always full. She likes him; it's obvious, but she knows she lacks many things, that's why it seems like she's inconsistent. It's a fight between mind and heart—consider them as two leaders in a company with opposite goals. When one takes charge, all the employees must go in a different direction. Alternatively, consider it to be mind and heart at each end of a rope, with you in the middle. Both want to win, but only one can be the winner at the end of the game. Until you reach one side, you're dragged left and right, making you dizzy and confused—hence, the inconsistency.

Call me crazy, but I feel there's something super fuc**** shi*** about K's ex and Fabian's parents—and my baby boys will suffer as he** because of them. Not to say I feel the disaster is near. Probably when they'll go to J City. The anxiety is killing me poco sticker
