@erikalovesbl it happens only when an alpha is in heat(rut). The alphas pe*** swells at the base so that no c** can escape and it can stay swelled inside of the omega for about 10min - 3hours. Thats why if u want to get pregnant omegas and alphas spend their heat together(fu**ing each others brains out).

It's a wonderful manga/anime where the main character is absolutely clueless to his abilities, even when a demon leech or mega powerful monster has taken over the body of the king of the country and threatens to start a war he thinks the king just has some crude on his face and uses lost/ancient magic to wipe his face and expell the evil.

Like what is it with main characters and being clueless about common knowledge?!
