Why is there always the trope of the best horse refuses to be ridden by anyone besides the MC.
That's not the best horse.

The best horse is one that has battle experience, yet when the door of his stable opens, his ears shoot forward, filled with enthousiasm, immediately ready to go in full gallop into battle, ready to do it all again. 

A horse that scratches it hooves on the ground when you put his saddle on, complaining to you that your too slow.

I don't get the fact of them having to step off their horses when the worm passed, perhaps the novel had an explanation, which they deemed too long to put into tje manhwa, but now it's just confusing for the readers. 

Besides that, why were there extra men, without any weapons on them at all? They didn't even wielded spears or anything.

That's a good looking horse.
Personally I draw horse myself and the only thing I have to say about them is that the knight holds his reins too long and constantly changes the way he holds them. For knights it is preferable to hold the reins in one hand, for right-handed people you would hold the reins on the left, so you could hold your sword on the right hand. On that matter, a one-handed sword would therefore be of better use.. What they could have done is put the one-handed sword on his belt and the two-handed sword horizontally behind his thigh. You sometimes see that in paintings. It would give the knight even more badass as it would show he could use both one-handed as well as two-handed swords.

Furthermore his upper leg needs to be more downward, definitely in medival saddles, where a more stretched out leg is preferred. His knee should have an average angle of 140 degrees give or take.. Could be more, could be less.

But that's all about the rider and not the horse, the horse looks great. The legs are done splendidly. He arrives in a trot which gives diversity in comparison to the horse standing still for most of the chapter.

Even if he held the wooden stick as if it was a sword, it would be entirely different from a sword.
Due to the difference in weight distribution the balance point of a sword would be closer to the pommel. This effects the way you swing and hold it.
You would need to add something to the wooden stick to equalize it. (Rope for example)
I think that voice in his head should say that.

Or something about hand grip. He holds the wooden stick with two hands, while the sword image shows a one-handed sword, it shows that it doesn't have a grip big enough for two hands.
Besides that, the wooden stick he uses is too small to be a reimagined as a two-handed sword. 

For information, I'm no expert. I just have a slight interest in swords. But these things seem pretty logical to me, if you just think about it for a second.

If the situation with the poor is as bad as portrayed. I don't think supporting the disabled only, will do good. It might even cause parents to cut off the limbs of their own children to get the benefits.
If you wish to better the prosperity of the people, things like improving infrastructure or food availability are much better ideas.
