@Lourdlysia this is my thoughts: the one thing that I will say is that Winter (just like everyone else) had a spell placed on them. (We know a spell was affecting them because in this story we read Penelope has the mind control artifact and everyone trusts Y-what's-her-name a lot less). Also because no one remembers the hundreds of loops (except Penelope?) no one can change because there's no inciting incident. Overall, being Winter suck
