The way the author shapes her beauty is really something to be praised, not like the usual "jade beauties" and then showing some random npc who's able to compete with the said "jade beauties" so far the only female character that I think is on par to her in terms of beauty, is the vice sect leader, her beauty doesn't shows because even now, she's presented as someone who's keeping a low profile until a certain goal is reached.

So they're really intimate, this is so good
This is making me anxious, the usual thorough kiddo is now stubbornly thinking his uncle's can't get together to drive him out especially since that hateful grandmother is backing them.
Rookie mistake for someone who read many fictional books. He'll endure everything you throw at him, since he firmly believes you're a true man, he'll endure so that he becomes a true man like you😂
There's no need to pick, it's in the tags, it's gonna be HAREM STYLE.

@Aisha1410 might be bad writing. It doesn't make sense to offer the family territory that she's trying to save as a reward. It doesn't make sense for the parents to just break the engagement because he's seeing other women knowing that breaking the engagement will put the entire family estate in a weak position which is what they want to avoid, since they've secured themselves exactly by engaging her to the mercenary. And strangest thing is the mercenary, why couldn't he wait until the engagement was officialized, we could say he was too greedy, but still, anyone with common sense would wait until the engagement is sealed, knowing they've truly inherited the family's name and power, and then start plotting their way out to be irreplaceable or whatever thy want. But no, he went full dummy mode, we can say he got too confident since he might've been the only option available to put their enemies on edge, but still, it doesn't make sense. It's either bad writing or she's lying.

@degenx yh it's kinda wasted. And the romance could've been good even if it was cliché, the problem was how they portrayed the girl, she's like someone who doesn't know how anything works. She can't see that her beauty was causing trouble not only for the mc but also for her own family since many was after her. What sealed the deal about her for me was two things. First one was when her father decided to take the mc as his heir, he explained to the mc that he knows he has many enemies due to his power and actions, and therefore he'll pass all of that to him too. Now with a reflection like that, a father like him would also educate her daughter to be careful and show her how the world works for someone of their status, and yet the daughter was acting like a complete idiot, second thing was when she escaped at night to go visit the mc in prison, that's was so dumb, and the dumbest thing was the servants of the house agreeing with her to go undercover and covering her absence for a while at night because of "love", and because of that she not only got discovered by the enuch targeting her family, but a random mercenary fell in love with her at first sight, in just one night, undercover and with no one to protect her. Man this sh** pis*** off so bad. It made no sense at all.

@degenx it's not about that, it's about how they made the older brother irrelevant. The story could've been better, but the way they build the dynamic around them felt unbalanced, showing more of the younger one, and just killing off the older one just like a simpleton wasn't good at all. Keep in mind, I don't hate the younger brother, I just hated how he behaved in the beginning of the story, simping for that girl and making rash emotional decisions without reflecting on the consequences. It could've been better, by not showing the older brother often, he looks like a weakling obsessed with revenge and couldn't achieve it, while the younger one looks an over talented that can do what he wants. I'm not asking for a cliché scene where the older dies and by the power of love the younger gets stronger, but the brothers's bond, their separation and reunion could've been a lot better than just doing this. Why put the older in such details then, the author should've just made him invisible and kill him off screen since the beginning.

Man, even I am excited as I am reading it. I'm glad I let the story marinate for a while, I wouldn't be able to wait each week

Bruh, where's the result of his duels with the teachers
I don't understand this behavior. You're reading the English version but you're leaving comments in Spanish
Bruh I wanted to see the sister fight too🙄
I get it now, the one who beat him and told him he'd die if they meet again is surely "administrator Kang Jin Lee" the manhwa. Since these two manhwa are connected. And Everytime he's talking about him, he's a fan, and the hair color match him perfectly. It's absolutely administrator Kang Jin Lee

Alright. I don't have the patience to read one chapter a week. I'm gonna forget this for a whole year then come back.
Yh it's just the 5 last chapters reposted again

Spoiler!
Spoiler text.two brothers. Their family was assassinated in one night. They're the only survivors. The only thing they have left to represent their family was their family's token, which was divided in half, one in each brother's hands. They got separated while the older brother was searching for food for both of them. From this point on, they only showed the progression of the little brother. They only showed the older brother progression like twice or thrice, and it was very short. Now the little brother POV was kind off bad for me. He was simping for an idiotic girl, and he kept getting in trouble because of her, and he was too much emotional, quick to act and couldn't see the consequence of his actions. The family who raised the little brother got targeted by an eunuch, who wanted to seize power and destroy that family. Fast forward, the little brother becomes strong, get his revenge on the eunuch who tried to seize power. And we get back to the older brother, who got news of the ones who assassinated their family, he tried to get his revenge on them, but he ends up getting poisoned, and died. The little brother was coincidentally passing by the same road the older brother was fighting on, and decided to investigate, and rescued him without even knowing it was his older brother. Once he put him to safety, inside their family's ruin, he realized that was his older brother, when he handed him the half piece of their family token before dying. That's it, now we gotta watch the little brother finish everything.

The fu** kind of bullshit is this man. Only showing the younger brother side, then killing off the older one. I'm out of this. That's a huge disappointment.
Spoiler!
Spoiler text.It is more likely that it is the final episode of the work
There is more content in the original novel after this
After he grew old and died as Grand Prince Suyang, he came to modern times and saw a changed future
Then, in Part 2, Ryu Seong-yong became my best friend who lived in the modern era before the future changed
Considering that Part 1 is finished in a hurry without even finishing it properly, it should be considered complete
It seems to have been shipped
