summer special 1 is already up on Bato

This is my take on the story so far... Yes, he is obssessive and what he did to Geolson in the past was unforgivable, but I think he did love him, but didn't know how to express or convey his feelings and that got him frustrated.  We have to take into consideration that it was the Joseon Era, where same s** relationship was a taboo and more so they follow a social class system, and those conditions probably put him in a lot of pressure and stress. This is not justifying his actions because we all know for a fact there's no justifying them, more like rationalizing why he did what he did.  When he was telling Seokhyun the story, he didn't mention the nights when he abused Geolson.  Instead, he said Geolson would tell him stories about what happened during the day. Probably he wished it were like that, to be able to spend their nights like normal lovers telling each other's events of the day.  He (Hanyoung) and his past self (Moonyoung) are two different people.  I hate Moonyoung for hurting Geolson, but Hanyoung, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt so he had better do right by Seokhyun in this lifetime.

Next Chapter will be in two months...  Chapter 28 is the finale for season 1.
