Can't take care of your brother if you're dead. As much as this story portrays his devotion to his brother his actions are doing the opposite of it. Rest and get well so u can be healthy and work with ease. If anything were to happen to him his brother would have no one. Crazy to me how he couldn't even listen to a darn doctor.
