Personal stars : 5/5
On this site 2/5

Read it on another site.
There are 34 chapters till date.

Overall, it's gory with a lot of violence.
I loved it. It's interesting.

Why you should read it on another site?
Here, it switched to a different manhua midway.

Till Chap 77
Rating : 4.6
I came here with low expectations, ended up binging it through the night.

Plot : 8.5/10
It's interesting, got magic (runes) and a little bit of time travel element (but not in the usual regression sense)
You'll meet the ML and the 2nd ML and and their separate crazy adventures with the unhinged MC (FL). Especially in the recent chapters, the twist was interesting.
The pacing is good, not once did it feel dragged or slow.
Their chemistry might feel a bit superficial at the beginning, but it starts blending well along the way.

Comedy : 7/10
It's funny, thanks to the FL, but not very funny. Still, it's a good read.

Romance : ?
There haven't been any obvious romantic elements yet. It's been pretty subtle and on the down low so far. They all look more like friends than love interests. The guys like her tho.(I guess, the author is focusing on the story as the main part)

Characters : 10/10
FL : A bit unhinged, delulu and really strong (love that about her). Got misunderstanding? Just knock em out, tie em up and let them talk it out lmao (her way of doing things).

ML and 2nd ML : Love both of them. FL is a force of nature and they can't go against her, i.e, they gave up trying to stop her.
One's the Emperor while the other's a Duke. Tbh, I am #TeamEmperor , but I wouldn't mind #TeamNorthernDuke either. They give off the vibe that if one ends up with her, the other can be a good sport about it and stay good friends instead.

Support : All enjoyable and lovable characters.

Villains : Some minor ones. Haven't come across any major ones yet.

Overall : I had fun reading it, I'd definitely recommend it.

This is what literature is all about.
Every 5 chapters I wondered why wasn't there a movie made on this yet.

This is a masterpiece. You will go through a whole range of emotions. You'll experience hope, sadness, despair, and heart-wrenching sadness before the final hope is grasped.
The ending is simple and done in 1 simple chapter

Plot : 10/10
Interesting and gripping. In short, it's masterpiece, an absolute CINEMA.

Characters : 10/10
MC : 10/10
From MC going through all emotions, you see him fall deeper and deeper with every failed attempt before the end. He's resilient and determined. He preserved and never gave up in the face of despair.

Support : 10/10
The friends who supported the MC when he was falling and believed in him and worked together towards his only goal, while achieving their own along the way, were truly the best cast the author could've chosen.

The End : 8/10
It's beautiful and triumphant, but I'm someone who likes to read more after the end (I wish they had an after story about their lives after saving Earth.)(Even 1 extra chapter would've been great.) (This is purely my personal preference.)

Overall : I wish they made it into a movie.
(I'm just sour that I didn't find this sooner.)
I came with expectations.
My expectations were exceeded.
I happy.

Plot : 9/10
Soul Transfer/Swap.The MC wakes up in the suïcidal Heavenly Grand Archive's young master's body, and is now to live as him because the OG young master offed himself while in MC's OG body.
The story follows the MC as he regains his former power. He is followed by a band of unhinged people who call themselves his squad, who were hired by the OG young master's friend. They come across many troubles, but they just breeze through.

The best things : It's funny, serious-yet easygoing, and there's no romance so far (166chaps). It's pretty wholesome yet thrilling and with adequate amount of action.

Characters  : 10/10
MC :Over Powered. He's just him, unbothered, overpowered, the smartest, the wisest and what not - just what you'd expect from the former Murim leader. He's pretty lightheaded yet ruthless. You won't see him kïlling for no reason, but you will see him kïll those who deserve it without a 2nd thought. He leaves no loose ends and is cunning but in a wise way. You'll see him get more powerful over the chapters pretty effortlessly, because he is inherently OP just like Roman Dimitri.

Side Characters :
The Squad : 11/10
Absolutely lovable. They are crazy, unhinged and hilarious. From heirs from prestigious families to beggars and bandits, they've got em all. You'll see them do crazy stuff all the time, while having the time of their lives.

Villains : 7/10
Are all decent. The villains are mean (nothing too exaggerated or mean so far though). They all get blasted by MC pretty effortlessly, because he is OP. So far, it felt like he's only come across small fry (big for others) villains. I'm guessing, in the future he'll come across the ones responsible for his swap and meet the final villains (can't wait for that fight).

Overall : If you like Overpowered MC who doesn't need a plot armour, read this. If you want to see the typical ' power up' over time, or use skills and windows, this ain't it.
Sooooo ....read it.

In a nutshell : A beautiful short story with a precious ending about discovering oneself.

Plot : 9/10
It's your usual trope, but at the same time, it isn't. There's no excessive drama or angst, it's pretty straightforward and direct. The author knew where this story needed to go, and they took it there without extra turns or wasting time.
It was like a breath of fresh air.
You'll see the MC meet the ML. She works through the challenges of her new environment, finds her path and with the help of those around, finds peace for herself.
You'll see talks about war, people suffering from the aftereffects of war and the end of a looming war with the villain captured and tried.

Characters : 9/10
Each and every character, complex in it's own place, is lovable.
It portrayed the sense of loss very beautifully. Except one or 2, every major character, be it side or main, has suffered through the loss of a loved one because of the war.
All the side characters are beautifully written and can not be excluded from this work. Each has it's own role and place.

ML : Is a kind lovable boy who has suffered enough. (You'll love him from the moment he shows up)

FL/MC : You might not like her at first, but don't give up. Her transformation is what makes this story beautiful. She who was suddenly betrayed and thrown in a world unknown to her, learns not only to live but also to love and the courage to protect.

*I'm not good with words, so I can't explain it well*
The story is not the best, it had it's one or 2 down moments, but what stuck to me the most were the last few chapters. The way the author wrapped everything and ended everything was beautiful.

I would definitely recommend it.
You won't regret it.
Give it a try.
I had decent expectations.
I shouldn't have.
I was let down.

What to expect :
- Sociopath ML (I liked him tbh)
- Possessive ML
- Dumb MC
- Miscommunication
- Misunderstanding
- Unnecessary angst (it doesn't even make sense most of the time)
- Supportive friends
- Minimal smüt

What not to expect :
- Communication (MC doesn't communicate even once)
- Decent MC
- A satisfying ending

The story would've ended in 30 chaps, if the MC had talked just once.

I can't count the amount of times I wanted to leap through the screen and smack the MC across the face, is how frustrating it was reading him. I mean...I really really really just wanted him to speak once. I lost count of how many times he started a sentence and then ended it in his own head (for 60+ chapters)... Tf dude... Speak up!
Spoiler!
He kept saying 'I've known him for 17 years, I know all about him' while knowing squat.
MC returning ML's dialogues back to him was low-key satisfying though.
The only time I liked the MC.

The ML's the only one who put any efforts, literally.
To top it all, all that drama and then they go ahead and finish the story in 1 measley chapter... How? Why?
Why did you drag it for 63.5 chapters and then resolve everything in just 1.5 and end it?
**PURELY PERSONAL POV**
This work was really frustrating.
What to expect:
-Omegaverse
-Green MC and ML
-Wholesomeness
-Communication
-Smüt, looooots of it. (You might have read smüt in stories, this is literally story in smüt.)
-More vanilla smüt. (Literally. The chaps go sx-story-sx-story-sx-sx-story)
-Sweetness
-MC with traumatic past. (They don't focus on it too much tho)
-ML with a bad family (They don't focus on it too much either.)
-Supportive and caring MC's father (Gold std father.)
-mpreg
-Babies

What not to expect:
-Red flags
-Trauma baiting
-Unconsensual smüt
-Toxicity
I didn't have high expectations.
I was proven wrong.
I enjoyed it.

*Review till chap 61*

Plot : 9/10
The background is a fusion between olden Europe, modern day and fantasy.
You'll see modern cars with people dressed in European attire and mages in a dystopian society with a concept similar to districts. The higher the district, the better the living conditions.
It might take a little to get used to it for some.
The plot follows an orphaned MC, who can't feel emotions, as he moves from the lowest level after losing everything. On the way he gains companions.
For now think of the story as more of an 'adventure' genre. MC and his friends, each with their own goals, move up the districts, travelling together while encountering dangers.

Characters: 9/10
You'll see MC and his 2 friends journeying together. It's pretty wholesome with each character having their own unique traits.
The red girl might be the FL, but that's not for now. For now, they are all friends, pursuing their own dreams.

MC : 9/10
He's a genius. He's precise and to the point.
He's very well portrayed, especially the times when he comes to realize his own emotions during their adventures.

Overall : I binged it, and loved it. It's pretty good and wholesome. The plot is interesting and so are the characters. I'll put it on hold till at least 20 more chapters are accumulated and binge it again then. 😤

It's definitely recommended to read this.
It's just short and cute with no toxicity and a green MC with a green ML.
I liked the story, but there were too many unnecessary situations.
I gave it a low rating because of the MC, I loved the ML though... he's very green.

What to expect :
Bullying
Depression
Suicide
Memory loss
Sadness
MC crying for 50+ chaps straight (literally)
Green ML
Depressed crybaby MC
Sweet Grandma
I came here with low expectations, but left with a heart about to burst instead.

I have never felt this many emotions in just 9 chapters.

The first time they get together and laugh, my heart filled up. The first time he went to his (ML) set and saw ML act, I got filled with anticipation.
The time he rambled about his worries, my heart got heavy. The time they held each other...I have nothing more to say.

They are perfect, lovable and so green.

I wish they had side chapters.
Such greenery.
The ML and MC are both green. Love them both.
I disliked the brother at first... But the 2nd season changed things, and by the 3rd...he grew on me.
It's your typical story, one 'suffered MC' and one 'showering him with love' ML, where they navigate through their issues.
How do I say it 🤔
I think this is what would be considered a 'slop'.
It's not bad, but there's nothing exceptional in it either. There are plenty others like it that have more of the 'excitement' element... yet, I ended up binging it despite thinking about dropping it a few times.

It's pretty mellow and scattered. Somehow, despite not having many interesting things, it's not boring (maybe slightly).

Few things don't make sense in it. Like the Kunlun sect itself, or how MC does things.
Sometimes he's super fast, sometimes he's just doing things for the plot.

Basically, there's no set story, it feels like the author is making things up on the way as the story progresses.
It def could've been more interesting, but it's ok.
Up to chap 60 (decided to take a break from it/drop it)

I wouldn't say it's bad, but it's not good either.
I might've even liked it more, if I hadn't read Genius Martial Arts Trainer before this.
Now, I can't help but compare the 2...this one lacks a bit much in comparison.
I get that it's fiction, but there are wayyyy too many inaccuracies to ignore.

If you haven't read Martial Arts Trainer yet, I'd suggest reading Muscle Joseon first.
You'll enjoy this one better that way.
If you've already read the former, then I'm sorry (?), I guess, you're bound for some disappointed.

--The art is good. Love the muscles.  (。・ω・。)ノ♡
Up to 48 chaps.
So far so good.
It's quite similar to Return of the Mount Hua Sect...similar but different?

Story : In Return, he had to salvage the Sect from the ground, while here he's just looking after a weakend one instead of a demolished one.
It's the usual concept - beat the peers into submission and they'll follow you.
+One thing I didn't like too much was the excessive thinking and talking+

Characters : All of them are likeable, but then again, there aren't many, since it's still the very beginning of the story.
While Return has a loud and barbaric MC character, here you'll see a more aloof one with a serious expression. He's not loud, but is a 'fist first' person.

Art : The overall art is good, the action scenes need better connection though. They don't seem to flow well (or maybe it's the pirate who messed up the order or skipped panels)

Overall : I enjoyed it.
Even tho it feels like a slightly downgraded version of 'Return of the Mount Hua Sect '(plot-wise), it's still quite enjoyable.
Especially since the MC's aloofness is quite fun to read, at times.
Don't think of it as just plain romance.
Think of it as a slice of life drama romance.

Story : It's a very slice-of-life like story. The MC has certain realizations, solves his prejudices and falls in love. It's a pretty laid back story. There's nothing extravagant or exciting, yet it feels oddly pleasing and calming to read. It's like one of those feel good stories.

Romance : very subtle. It's not over the top, and doesn't have much drama.

Characters : I love all of them. They're all well made and adorable.
Spoiler!
Even though the ship I was sailing the MC on didn't even make it past the shallow waters (#TeamActor+MC), I'm not disappointed by the final results. I still think the actor route would've been better though.
Read it. I need not say more.

What to expect :
-It's short
-Generic plot and story
-Short backstory
-Considerably quick resolution of miscommunication
-Green gangsta top (for his mate)
-Mentally strong yet suffered bottom who isn't a pushover
-Shït people around them
-Shït people getting punished mercilessly
-Lots of sm**...and I mean looooots.

What not to expect :
-Extended suffering
-Angst
-Forgiveness for the wrongdoers
-Forced play ( it is a part of bottom's backstory tho, technically)

-After story (I wish they had some)
Basically, it starts with angst, and stays angsty till a little before the end of S2.
Spoiler!
I was rooting for prof Cha. (2nd ML)

Story : not much, typical bl story of friends hooking up with 1 already been in love while the other falling in love later, followed by fights and misunderstandings. You'll see one clingy ML and one baseless pot MC who keeps rolling over whenever the ML pushes him. (I mean the sm** and their dynamic)

Characters : I'm team professor. He's a side character, possible 2nd ML.
The ML is a bit of an airhead...I wish he was a bit more Stern. The ML pushes him down and f*cks him, and he lets it be (they were supposed to be friends). They give 'practice' as a reason... But it's kinda dumb (personal opinion and preference).
MC is shady, but in a childish way. Like they tried to create an orange flag, but failed to execute it properly. He's clingy (that's a part of his character, so it's ok, I guess). MC thinks that they're just friends for a good portion of 50 chaps (even tho they're f*cking literally everytime they meet).
One thing that I didn't like was that the MC literally let everything that the ML did in the name of love, pass. If there was enough depth to the characters, I would've understood, but it felt way too cliched and generic to support them.

Like I said, a baseless pot...just rolls over.

Sm** : has decent sm**. I really wanted to see a good prof x MC too tho

Overall : if you came here after getting hyped, you'll be disappointed.
If you came here on your own, you might enjoy it.

It's not bad, but it's not very good either. I lack patience, so if there's not much of a story or if the progression is slow, I tend to give up.
But, since there are only 50 chaps, I stuck around despite the temptations. It wasn't worth it, but

I liked the S2 ending, so all's good for now.
**disturbing work*z
I didn't know if I should give it 1 star as a personal review or 4 stars for the presentation, so I'm settling for 3.

If you like misery, disturbing content and a shït feeling in your stomach, read it.
If you want love, something healthy, or even just a pleasant read, DON'T read it.

**Smot:** only 🍇

**Story:** there's none. A boy's captive, he's graped by his friends.
This does show decent misery though. Some places even leave a shït taste in your mouth making you wanna curse — which I'm hoping, is what the author was going for, otherwise I'll have to start questioning their sanity.

51 chapters in, nothing notable has happened so far. It started with the MC getting beaten and 🍇d, and it went on hiatus with the same.
**I do sense a *"no reason"* type scenario (personal opinion), but instead of the victim, one of the other perpetrators might take the victim away. Where the older dude at the end might try to free him and then they live together.**
If that is so, I hope it doesn’t happen. I kinda wanna see an *"I Spit on Your Grave"*-style revenge instead.

**Characters:** I can’t say I like any of them. The MC is weak — too weak. He should’ve run away, but he didn’t, and kept getting caught whenever he tried to ask for help. (Run away to the countryside maybe?)
I understand not everyone has the same personality, but you gotta grow some courage at some point, but then again, it does look like he has been conditiones with fear and gaslit excessively (it's inadequatly done). You’ll see him break down completely. I’m guessing the next season will be his character development arc. I really hope to see him come out with a bang and make everyone suffer.
The other dudes are mostly 🍇ists. You don’t like any of them.

**Art:** at least the art is decent.

If you came here looking for good sm**, go back.
If you came here looking for melodrama with minimal sm**, continue reading the review.

Story : 7/10 pretty generic. Usual misunderstanding trope. The good part it, it's short, there's only 1 misunderstanding, that lasts about 10-ish chaps (I forgot exactly how long). The rest is before the misunderstanding and after clearing it up redemption. The misunderstanding does feel a bit excessive, but is cleared pretty soon (in terms of chapters. In terms of story, it takes 7 years).
It's nothing exceptional or very interesting, but as a drama, it's alright.
You can read it in 1 sitting.

Characters: 7/10
They're ok. Not great, but not bad either.
I love the kid. She's adorable, smart and understanding. Best of all, she didn't throw a single tantrum.

Smüt : barely 3 chapter's worth.
It's easier to consider it a regular BL than yaoi smüt.

Overall : It's pretty generic, but because it's short, it doesn't feel stretched, and the redemption feels mildly satisfying.
