Thats why in a previous chapter with his pov, he was sad when Suha asked did he find his soulmate and he said yes. Because he thought Suha was sad since Chef was his soulmate instead of a girl. So basically Chef was the only one who knew but thought that Suha knew as well.

Maybe really best friends because that's how they act like anyway. And Sahyeon plays around with Sooha a lot so I don't think he considers Sooha a Rama tic interest
