And I think the {divine spear (shinto burial gungnir )} is one of these worlds answer to end either chaos or a being like him

Ah. I think I understand the story details a bit from this chapter.
@Its Gonna Be Okay yup shadow clone jutsu splits up the user's energy and is super fragile to attacks at the same level but this creates equal clones in every way even the weapon is cloned

Haaaahhhhhh.... it's obviously him or at least someone like him a "balance breaker" if you will someone who was born with an overpowered "gift" . .. ... From what I understand it they are born in the race with the most need for advancement where they have either a higher level limit or no obvious limits OR a super strong "gift" that the concept of level doesn't actually work on them like his "gift: unlimited gacha" ...

@Omanot Recorder of Eternity I don't think you understood the description I think it means cool down for use on a single target as in if you use it on the same person it has to be 18 days between each use but you can use it on different people instantly I think

yes but they both can use it that means 2 uses every 18 days and each has its own cooldown
