@Ciaphas Cain yo, I'm also a Kingdom enjoyer. Not sure why you relate magic abilities to Hi Hyou, that is the HSU's cavalry unit. I think you meant kyoukai. Also the early art style isn't sh** lol, it's just a little different with darker lines and shading

@The Ghost Still Danc not magic, but mystical (is the word that should have been used) or divine/demonic to a normal person's perspective, it's internal arts for murim after all. And I'll just rephrase that the early art is "unrefined", which also led it to be nearly dropped from publication, until the author improved upon it after asking for advice from another mangaka friend (which also was artist of another popular manga)
