@I love global examination (Didn't expect this coming from you but okay.)
Clearly, your cousin had something to do with the friends not wanting to join the Calls with you. Most likely told them about the argument but it got twisted as it circulated between them, hence them avoiding you because they think you said something worse than what you actually did. They're your cousin's friends, so obviously she'd talk to them.
The one friend that comes and gives you a hug every once in a while might be the one who found out first, the one who knows it without exaggeration. However, they may have twisted it for fun without realising the consequences and now feels guilty because the damage has been done and it's too late.
Have you ever tried to confide in the other friend? You say they lack self-awareness. It's probably stopping them from socialising, hence why she and other see the other as 'different'. Not entirely fair. She clings to you because your different towards her. A safer friend. One that acts kinder. Shouldn't that be obvious?
Don't feel so beat up about yourself. And don't threaten to end yourself over mere friendships. People will come and go. It means that if people leave, someone will always come after. Someone who'll stay.
So don't feel bad. Look forward to what the future has to bring. Ask yourself: "Which opportunities will bring people together?", "How can I meet new people?" And "Am I happy?"
