In fact, boys are more likely to criticize kpop, men wearing make up, men be stylish outside the standard masculine style, reading romance, or not liking sports much, etc. It's in a way a need to appear the most masculine.
All am I gonna say is enjoy what u enjoy, cuz if you have to cut of your interest one by one to fit in and to make friends, then it's better not to be friend. Because as you go on you may have to fake far too often to the point, that you may lose yourself. I'm saying this as a previous loner, because nobody had my interests and thought along my wavelength, now, I've best friend.
