@Irena everyone gain maturity at diff paces bro.. 20 is an adult but 20 is still young.. heck, even as you turned 50, adult is just a word when the reality is we still kid at heart, just more responsibility

Your point makes no sense. Scientifical experiments were done to determine the age a person would be considered to be an adult, meaning they're a mature person. At 18+, our brain allows us to be mature enough to make certain decisions for ourselves. Adults can get married, date around, drink, smoke and spend money wherever they like. Wouldn't that be wrong if we're all a "kid at heart"?
If adults are all "still a kid at heart", they wouldn't face servere consequences for certain crimes, nor would they have more responsibility on their shoulders.
