@Strawberry Fish That doesn't change anything. He's a grown adult who should be mature enough to understand why the ML was against the MC meeting with the blondie. I as a reader understand how he experienced something traumatic, but it was his own ignorance and lack of maturity that led to such an event occuring.

@Irena everyone gain maturity at diff paces bro.. 20 is an adult but 20 is still young.. heck, even as you turned 50, adult is just a word when the reality is we still kid at heart, just more responsibility

Your point makes no sense. Scientifical experiments were done to determine the age a person would be considered to be an adult, meaning they're a mature person. At 18+, our brain allows us to be mature enough to make certain decisions for ourselves. Adults can get married, date around, drink, smoke and spend money wherever they like. Wouldn't that be wrong if we're all a "kid at heart"?
If adults are all "still a kid at heart", they wouldn't face servere consequences for certain crimes, nor would they have more responsibility on their shoulders. There is a reason an "adult" and a "child" are two different categories of ages.Yes, we all mature at different places, but once again, that doesn't excuse the MC's behaviour.
