... That is not how yoga works, I mean it makes your mind and body healthy but not slim in a week-

You do know that yoga is a form of exercising, right. Just like how any form of physical activity is a form of exercise. Also, it is much easier for a bigger person to lose weight than a smaller person, especially if, prior to this the individual did not exercise or monitor their intake; that applies to both big fat people and big muscular people. Lastly, most people see a huge difference once they begin a new diet or workout regimen versus a couple of weeks, to months, down the line. To be an excessively large, both muscular and fat, individual, you must intake excessively large amount of calories to maintain your size and shape, especially when coupled with your workout routine. No if, and's, or but's.

P.s. She never said she was slim, she said she lost weight, there is a difference.

@Loise Yoga is still excercise, so compared to just staying in your room and doing nothing, any excercise would be effective in losing weight. This is especially so depending on what type of Yoga she practices (as there are more active versions compared to traditional yoga). I believe on average it burns about twice the calories of just sitting there and existing.
@Rebel against the harem hi and hello to all... yoga is an exercise, true. But the fact is it would not make you lose that much fat in only a week. it is factually unrealistic. I'm  not saying that yoga won't aid in weight loss... just saying it is not magic.
