This whole scene is just for the self-insert weebs to fantasy about two most pretty girls in school or his life fightning over him

Dipshit Saito flipflips between them like they're socks, acts like a boyfriend to one yet goes on dates with the other

One girl is pure and one girl is a tsundere, it's a very high chance that a third girl will show up somehow out of nowhere to add even more tension to this nothing burger "romance"

the mc is socially awkward and isn't used to women actively competing for him, but I do get your point

the cousin is also vying for him, but currently she is treated as a gag/foil instead of a real contender

If this ends up like Nisekoi or harem wars, I will also drop, but I seriously hope the author moves on and focused on their married life
