To be fair, she was blindsided by Akane's truth bomb. Until that, she didn't believe Akane was serious about Saito.
I side with Himari for that reason. It's unfair to Saito if he is married to a woman who genuinely doesn't love him (but it turns out she does)

the cousin is also vying for him, but currently she is treated as a gag/foil instead of a real contender
