I need an opinions like for real...Here the story

Sooo will it happen when break time,at that time I kinda hear some girl with her friend talking bout herself and something that make her so insecured about.And that girl/i just call her 'Q' and the other friend 'A'/ said to 'A' if the way she dress up is not appropriate,And 'A' answer was "So? It's not like we go to on vacation lol".That answer kinda made 'Q' mad so her answered "Are you Heartless?? Like for real,you didn't even care about the way you dress, like you never feel insecure even a little bit". "Do you even have emotions??".When she said that I can see 'A' face changed..Well my gender is not a girl soo what'd you think, do you think 'A' is heartless?I don't really understand girl fight sooo any woman here pls give me your answers

Coz I'm a girl like 'A' who doesn't care much about how I dress it's just that i will not put much effort into thinking about how other people see me.
But their are girls in my friend circle who really give a lot da** about their physical appearance. We can say they might be insecure about their body so they dress up nicely or they can also try to keep their image as a class.In my opinion their nothing "heartless" in that. Lol
