Umm I guess no need to think too hard. It's not that serious.  
Coz I'm a girl like 'A' who doesn't care much about how I dress it's just that i will not put much effort into thinking about how other people see me.
But their are girls in my friend circle who really give a lot da** about their physical appearance. We can say they might be insecure about their body so they dress up nicely or they can also try to keep their image as a class.In my opinion their nothing "heartless" in that. Lol
