@Nickname they're both the issue. ML is overbearing and constantly pushing the mc into a relationship bc he has barely any control over his instincts. He refuses to back down from marriage and completely disregards MC's objections (MC has already forsaken his agency as an Omega bc of his ex so ML insisting marriage only further reinforces his perception of all alphas being the same as his ex and, subsequently, the dynamics of their relationship). That being said MC is so inconsistent b/w his thoughts/actions and refuses to engage his problems and just hopes for the best or assumes it'll work itself out (like not immediately going to the hospital or following through w his resignation). 100% he has no obligation to disclose his trauma to a near stranger but, in refusing to do so, he denies the oportunity to take steps towards a resolution. Clearly ML struggles with boundaries and is genuinely seeking reason, but MC is either unable or unwilling to provide context behind his actions which only leads to further confusion and the same unreasonable demands from ML
The easiest solution would be to leave, explainations to ML's parents and rental agreement be damned.
The most reasonable solution would be to go to a GOT DA** HOSPITAL ALREADY, take an inhibitor and discuss the problem with ML in a non-private setting (have his bff present/moderating)
