With small boys, the moment they start to raise voice is when you should stop things immediately, before they get quite injuried -- again, small girls might have cat fights as well but it's not as fast as small boys.
That aside, given all those young men (not even in their forties and with no clinnical/biological issues) having errectile trouble due to overdose of pawrn (not "me" saying but Science), it's very doubtful they'd still be able to do normal intercourses. Meaning they mostly try to sustain their already worn off s3x drive either with fictions more and more toxic, or behave poorly toward females (if heter0s3xual) or males (if hawmos3xual).
