@Yumi hmmm, I have another thing to think, my friend. I think something off refers to Yashiro's eyesight?? Because the flashback showed Yashiro's having a hard time to unlock the key? Well, just my thoughts, though.

@Yumi yeahh this is mentioned before yashiro can't get it up because this police guy ra.ped him in the alleway also after doing it with doumeki who didn't do it roughly he became potent. So this police guy has fun doing it like that since it gives him the pleasure. Doumeki might be speaking about either of the things when he refered to what's wrong with yashiro's body. Cus it could be eyesight as well as his dissatisfaction.

@Yumi Doumeki did notice first that something is bad with his eyesight, but also he noticed that Yashiro is so much sensitive than before by saying that his body was 'helpless' bc he was easily excited even after he did it with Inami, also when they had s*x after 4 yrs Yashiro came as soon as Doumeki enter him, so he commented that he must really love to have s* x, Doumeki has been mistaken all these signs with Yashiro's promiscuous nature, bc he had no reason to think that Yashiro may had changed, but he'lstart to connect those dots in the next chapter
