@Yumi yeahh this is mentioned before yashiro can't get it up because this police guy ra.ped him in the alleway also after doing it with doumeki who didn't do it roughly he became potent. So this police guy has fun doing it like that since it gives him the pleasure. Doumeki might be speaking about either of the things when he refered to what's wrong with yashiro's body.
