@manhwa.addict Ah, I see what you mean now, and thank you for clarifying. I didn’t mean to come across as harsh or to put words in your mouth. I actually agree with you on a lot of points especially that Ian and TJ ultimately have very different goals in life.
Where I see things a bit differently is that, to me, TJ’s attachment to the gang and the power isn’t just about ambition it’s also about survival and protecting Ian in his own way. I still believe that if Ian’s safety were guaranteed, TJ would walk away, even if it meant letting go of everything he’s built.
